In The Ruination

this was my gift to her for the Portal Secret Santa on tumblr, and I didn't really know what to do, since I had no idea what sort of things she liked, but one of the prompts was Rattmann Mural Art, and I'd liked the style, so I thought "okay, I'll give it a shot" I hadn't worked in pastels in years
I saw a Chellmann prompt, and also one with something about Wheatley failing at caring for the subjects, so I tried to get those in there
she actually worded perfectly what I was going for in her thoughts on it, too, with Rattmann's face apologetically staring up at Chell, the one he simultaneously saved from death, and sent into a horrible future. The only one who can rise above to total desolation and destruction around her.
I'm absolutely thrilled she liked it, as it was a pinch-hit for her, so I had a shorter amount of time to work on it, but I liked working on it a lot :3 reading her freak out over it made me giddy, hee~
